Besides fine art, I also have an online store where I sell gift items and paper goods for horse lovers. I've tried to have something for nearly every discipline so take a few moments and browse the store to see if there is something you "can't live without"! I have begun making fine silver and sterling jewelry for the horse and dog crowd so be sure to look for those items. In addition, the store has a section for holiday ornaments - all of which are completely hand made and which feature antique and Victorian portraits of dogs, horses, and cats.
I'm blessed to know a couple of fantastic photographers. Daria Killinger is one in a million and I marvel at her talent. I always find something wonderful to work with when I visit her site. Her photos have been published in numerous local, regional and national publications. Based in south east Pennsylvania, she is an accomplished show photographer and also offers her services on a commission basis for portraiture of all family members, species irrelevant. Her work captures the personality and essence of the relationship between people and their pets, often with a humorous twist. Let her chronicle your family, your hunt, meet, pony club, or other event and I'm sure you'll be pleased!
I'm forever searching for wonderful photos of horses at work. One of the main places I find superb photos to work with is Pics of You. John Robinson and his dedicated team of photographers cover many horse shows as well as other large sporting events. There is no way to thank him for all the help and encouragement he has given me, but I hope that if you are putting on a show or event that you'll take a look at his site and contact him about doing work for you. You won't be sorry! I can promise you that!
Richard Robinson is one of those truly astounding people you run across only a few times in your life, if you are lucky! I think I can say without any worries, that Richard is one of the most
accomplished artists, and wonderful teachers I have ever run across. His works are inspiring and full of breathtaking beauty. In addition to painting, he is a superb art teacher and he has another website where artists and those hoping to become artists can learn the "tricks of the trade" or polish their own style with his help. Whether you are an artist, or would like to be, or even if you just
enjoy looking at beautiful works, you will be pleased with what you see.
AND, he is kind enough to offer a series of free art lessons that you
can sign up for! A most amazing man and a great artist - take my word
for it! :-)
PS - the art lesson site is at: Live Painting Lessons Take a look!
